These terms apply to the JobPipe website and business software. JobPipe is operated by JOBPIPE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered address at 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. Contact us at support@jobpipe.io.
Using JobPipe for your business
JobPipe helps trade businesses manage leads, quotes, projects, suppliers and pricing. These terms cover business use, not use as a consumer. By using JobPipe for a business, you confirm that you have authority to act for it and agree to these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Any separate written agreement we make with your business takes priority where it conflicts with these terms. Joining the waiting list is a request for access, not a guarantee of an account or a particular feature or launch date.
Your account and responsibilities
Keep your account details accurate and protect your password and email account used to sign in. Your business is responsible for the people it gives access to and their activity in its account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised, and remove access when someone no longer needs it.
Use JobPipe lawfully. Do not upload material you have no right to use, infringe another person's rights, introduce malicious software, bypass access controls, access another business's records without permission or disrupt the service. Do not use the service to send spam or abuse others.
Your information and our software
You retain your rights in the information and files you provide. You give us permission to host, copy, process and transmit them only as needed to provide, secure and support the service, including integrations and AI features you use. You must have the necessary rights and lawful basis to provide personal information and give your customers and other contacts any required privacy information.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and identifies the providers used to deliver the service. Your business remains responsible for the purposes for which it uses customer and project information. These terms and the privacy policy do not replace any data processing agreement required by applicable law.
JobPipe and its licensors retain their rights in the software, branding and service. We allow your authorised users to access the service for your business, subject to these terms and any separate agreement. Access does not transfer ownership of the software. Do not resell the service or copy our branding without permission. Nothing here limits rights granted by applicable open source licences.
Quotes, project outputs and AI
You are responsible for checking inputs, product selections, quantities, prices, taxes, supplier availability and project outputs before sending a quote, ordering goods or carrying out work. JobPipe does not replace professional design, engineering, installation or safety checks. You remain responsible for your agreements with customers and suppliers and for compliance with applicable standards and law.
AI responses and recognised floorplan details may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review suggested changes and generated materials before relying on them. Do not submit information to an AI feature unless you are authorised to share it with the providers described in our privacy policy.
Google Sheets and other external services
Connecting Google is optional. If you connect an account, you authorise JobPipe to create and maintain its managed spreadsheet with your business's leads, projects, enquiries and project order information. JobPipe does not import your edits from that spreadsheet, and syncing may overwrite edits to managed tabs. Keep separate copies of information you need to preserve and check sharing settings in Google.
Disconnecting in JobPipe removes the stored refresh token from the active connection and stops future syncing. It does not delete the spreadsheet or revoke the grant at Google. You can remove JobPipe's access at Google account permissions. The Privacy Policy explains the information retained after disconnecting.
External services have their own terms and policies. Their availability, permissions and features may change independently of JobPipe. We cannot guarantee that an integration will always remain available.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a useful, reliable service, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, faults or events outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted or error free operation, or that it will meet every business requirement. We may change features as the service develops. Any service commitments in a separate written agreement still apply.
Stopping use and suspension
You can stop using JobPipe and contact support@jobpipe.io to request account closure or help obtaining your information before closure. Retention and backup limits are explained in our privacy policy. Disconnecting Google alone does not close your JobPipe account.
We may restrict or suspend access if reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, protect the service or comply with law. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and give your business an opportunity to resolve it. We may end access for serious or repeated breaches. Any separate agreement governs its own termination and payment obligations.
Responsibility and disputes
Each party remains responsible for its obligations under these terms and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any separately agreed liability provisions apply subject to those limits.
Contact support@jobpipe.io first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory legal rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will show the revised date on this page. We will notify account holders of material changes before they apply. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen. Contact us if you do not agree to a proposed change.
